St. Dominic’s College is situated at Podimattom, 4 K.M. to the east of Kanjirappally alongside the N.H. 220 (Old
K.K.Road). The campus sprawls over 25 acress of green land.
The College is run by the St.Dominic’s Cathedral Church Kanjirappally. Our college started in 1965 and now stands
as one of the excellent educational institutions in the district of Kottayam

Dominian’s celebrated Onam with homely spirit and puis at Karama Hotel on 8th of Sep
06.Celebrations were started at 11 AM with a procession of Maveli along with the Chief Guest.Chendamelam and traditionally dressed Dominians
and their family added the spice of the inaugural function. Prof.Abdul Shukoor welcomed the gathering.The meeting was presided
over by the Hon President Mr. Thomas Matthew. Maveli blessed the audience. Our gathering was honored to have Nyla of 96.7
Hit FM as the Chief Guest. Her speech was well received by the gathering with applause. Nyla along with Maveli and the President
lit the lamp to start the cultural programs and various competitions.Award was presented to Ms Raiza Shukoor for her achievements
in the Class X public exam in the year 2006. Entire family members were inspired by the outstanding performance of Ms Raiza
Shukoor and wished a very best in the future. Our Secretary Mr Sebastian anchored the show and was given the vote of thanks.
Cultural programs were started with an Onam song and followed by Dance,Skits and other activities.
Dominian’s women’s wing delighted the audience with a well composed ‘Thiruvathira’. Various games
for the kids and family members generated extra enthusiasm amongst members to participate and make the function a grand success
